LavitatioN!

Bored, bored, bored! Hmm...
It is warm in Bangor today, so much so I am wearing a rather fetching stripey strappy (Alliterative hehe) top (I could have said shirt then to be even more alliterative but then would have been a little too much I think) I only have 5 weeks left in the welshness :( I cant believe I have nearly finished my first year! It's gone soooooo quick (extra Os for emphasis!!) next year is going to to be weird, one Im going to be in a house and two some of my friends are leaving :( Cant be helped I suppose.
Storm AGM is this week...I have to make a speech (ooo how very exciting lol) because I wish to be Head of News. Kinda a "Hi Id like to be head of news because...." Id like to be head of news because I like news, I have a head...heads are useful... Think that would make an effective speech? No one is standing against me so the speech is merely a formality unless people wanna vote for RON which wouldnt be very nice now would it!
I dont really have anything else to report, I still have no laptop...this is Keiras. My lovely keira has lent me her precious laptop for the weekend cos she is in London with the samshape. Which is really nice of her :) I like nice people.
I am on cloakroom tonight which is going to be a lonnnnnnnnnnng night, tis old boys night or something.
Right I need to lavitate

Laptopless :(

I have found a new way to get fit, break your laptop! I have had to walk to the media centre in order to check my mail this evening which isnt fun. Youre probably wondering why I bothered, and usually I wouldnt but I am going to Manchester tomorrow and needed to check traintimes and the like so I can get back again! Am getting seriously annoyed with the laptop people because we are doing it through my mums insurance its taking absolutely agggges. Me and my laptop are generally inseperable so you can imagine my distress. Another thing that annoys me is computer rooms, people take phone calls in them and its just generally annoying! I much prefer my nice quiet rooms where I dont have to listen to "ooo so and so did this with a hoover and a piece of cheese" Dont these people realise some of us are trying to work, ok so Im not but they dont realise I am not one tof these people now do they! Grrr! I seem very ranty today, probably because I am sleepy which is never good...I went to sleep stupidly early last night, we are tlking like 10 oclock cos as my mummy put it "Id had a long day" I swear she thinks Im about 5! Could be because I havent had caffiene tday, which I normally live off! Hmm should go in search of caffiene and jamas! Gonna go have a nice cup of tea :)

Going Out...

Grrr I hate dial up! It just spent 5 mins loading this page, which is just plain annoying. I am currently sat at a very bizarre angle with my laptop across me. This is for 2 reasons;
1)I dont want to mess up my hair
2)I just happened to sit down this way.
The rant of the day is Coronation Street sadly enough. Not just Corrie though, although the series is bad enough. It's the way they handled Mike Baldwin's death. Alziemers takes about a decade to get as bad as Mike had it on the show, if you are going to do something DO IT PROPERLY. Im all for raising peoples awareness of certain subjects, but if you arent going to do it justice then what is the point? Meh. I know it's not real before you all tell me.
I am waiting for Frankie to ready herself so we can go out. We are heading to what was The Cheese and Trumpet, then was VWs, then was Chrome and now it is CJs music bar apparently. It's basically a room upstairs from a bar where some local bands play and the kids can go. Ive been going to gigs there since I was 15, which is probably why Im such a hardened drinker now hehe. Ah well, gets me out the house for a couple of hours now doesnt it. Its always madness when me and Frankie go out together anyway so should be interesting! Its always annoying when they decide to ID me tho :( My reaction last time was "IM F*CKING 19!" They served my drink very quickly after that. I look my age the majority of the time, but its just my luck the day I cant be bothered I get stuck with the pissy bar maid. Bar men I can handle. They are normally pretty easy to sweet talk round, but I shouldnt have to be doing it at my age.
Right its now 20 to 9! If frankie doesnt get her arse into gear theres not gnna be much point in going out at all!

Home, Cream Teas and My Bed

Im waiting for my mum and brother to arrive in Bangor. True to form its very windy, but not raining, I guess we should be thankful for small mercies. I am looking forward to going home :) I get to harass my brother for 3 whole weeks, which is always fun. Im also going to be able to get my glasses fixed. If you have seen me recently you would have noticed me sporting a rather unflattering pair of purple glasses. Ok, so its not that they are not nice glasses, they are nice glasses, all pretty and purple. But Im used to my stodgy black frames. The ones that make me look like a demented arts student. As I am, infact, a demented arts student!
One thing Im not looking forward to is showing my mother my new hair and my new house. Not that she'll be critical. She will probably spend 20 minutes telling me how fantastic they are...but she has an annoying habit of praising things in a very unpraising way. I suppose thats what parents are for, to take the fun outta things lol
We are also going to the pier. Just because of my fantastic discovery. They make the best cream teas in the world! Scones that are home made and about 2 inches thick, as much jam as you want and a thing of cream. Me and Keira made this discovery on one of our random missions. We didnt intend to end up at the pier, but then its not nearly as fun if you plan where youre going is it? (I sound like a childrens author dont I, Maybe I have found my forte) I love the pier, I think it is one of my favourite places in Bangor, along with Roman Camp and my bed :) If you havent been to these places (excluding my bed) I well recommend a visit!
